About Us

Leanne Ely is a New York Times best selling author and the author of the Saving Dinner series. According to Woman’s Day Magazine, she is the expert on family cooking.

Her media experience includes multi-city book tours, satellite media tours, QVC several times as well as guesting on several national television shows, including HGTV’s Simple Solutions, ABC Family’s Living the Life, Ivanhoe’s Smart Woman, Small Talk for Parents and Talk of the Town.     Every time I try to access Customer Service, I get a message that the company who does your support has phishing on their site. I just signed up for this service two days ago and can’t access your site. Can you address this here?

    That phishing thing was an error that we reported and got removed, however it takes Google about a month to get things corrected on their pages. Sigh! So rest assured, all is well and safe!

    We are sorry about the inconvenience and unfortunately our site was attached
    to a database in which we were incorrectly tagged as being a ‘phishing’
    site. Please be assured that we are NOT a phishing site and we will never

    I signed up 3 months ago to receive the menu mailer, but I am not receiving the menus in my e-mail.  When I go to the customer service link, there is a warning that the site has phishing on their site.  How do I get the menus to be e-mailed to me?  Unfortunately I have missed several weeks of menus because of this problem.  I feel I’m not getting what I paid for.  This problem is getting frustrating.  Please help.

    I give. I have not been able to see or download a mailer in over two years. I follow the directions and it does not ever show the items I am supposed to see. I keep trying to submit a ticket to customer service. I always get a fatal error. Is there any other way to get ahold of customer service? I have paid for this as it keeps auto-renewing and I loved it before you changed to this new site. Help please

    What happened to your Mega Menu Mailers? I bought 1, 2 & 3 a few years ago and used them once (life happened and I didn’t have or make the time to do the prep). I have started to use them again and the whole family loves the process and results. Do you have anymore as I don’t like to repeat that often?!

    I purchased your Saving Dinner 20 for the Freezer Paleo recipes, but I am wondering what is your take on Paleo?  I see you’re not 100% paleo on your other recipes?  I’ve noticed on Paleo my brain gets a little fuzzy and was told it was due to not enough grains?  Please help.

    I tried to find a way to contact you by email or in some other private way, but could not. I recently checked out from the library an earlier book by you—Frantic Family Cookbook. There are multiple, obvious errors throughout this book. Do you have corrections to this book provided somewhere? A number of the recipes look interesting, but they would be difficult—and in some cases impossible–to follow as they are presented in the book.     Try cutting the potato slices a bit thinner, fish cooks quickly so that will help even out the needed cooking times!
