    I just started FLYing and need help with menu planning.  I’m retired, there are only two of us.  He works very late 3 evenings a week and eats when he gets home.  Both are working on weight issues.  Which of your publications, etc., would be most helpful for a baby menu planner.  I just started on Body Clutter.  Thanks in advance for the help.

    HI Jane, the servings are customizable, but the “standard” servings depend on the menu type, Body Clutter, Heart Healthy and Paleo all serve 4 standard, the regular menu mailer serves 6 standard. But all those can be adjusted in the Premium Membership to serve any amount!

    Leanne – I love all the recipes on the Paleo menu!  But please, please, I need the nutritional value if I’m going to be able to use them!  I’m not trying to eat Paleo, but I am trying to keep track of my daily intake of several things.   Please?  :)

    HI Randi :) You can get nutritional info by entering the recipe at fit day.com The reason the nutrition info isn’t included is because this type of eating
    is a whole lifestyle consideration and adding it, would be a contradiction to do so. I hope this helps!

    The vinegar can be mixed with water and used for cleaning glass and mirrors.  Also make sure the salmon in the recipe is wild salmon, not farmed.

    I just started with a Premium membership. Is there a frequently asked questions page or a help? I cannot figure how to use the Weekly Planner and would like step by step instructions. Also, does the shopping list base its amounts on one meal of that menu? For example, if I want to eat the same breakfast every morning for 6 mornings, how do I tell the shopping list to calculate those amounts? Is the edit servings button for all the menus? I am confused…and cannot find a link to help…
