    Hi there….I got the menu mailer premium on 12/31/2012.

    I cannot get into the routine of downloading my own menus rather than have them emailed (like years ago). I am missing some weeks. I need weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7. HELP.

    BTW…

    I just got the whacked hormones bundle too…..AWESOME! So looking forward to getting de-whacked!

    I just signed up and downloaded the sample menu and then checked my email and had my login YAY, but my question is….on the sample there was a Heart Healthy menu but i dont see it when I log in. Am i just overlooking it? Thanks in advance.

    HI Dottie,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the Heart Healthy menus will no longer be available in the Menu-Mailer Premium or Basic subscriptions. We will be streamlining the Heart Healthy menus into an eBook that should be available for purchase in early 2013. In the meantime, we suggest you use either the Paleo or Low Carb menus instead of the Heart Healthy.

    I just ordered my Premium Menu Mailer today and have my planner and shopping list all set up but how do I get the planner to print on just a single page and not have all the website margin stuff showing? Also, I could not get the shopping list to work on my Ipad and had to switch over to my laptop. Is there a problem with the menu mailer and the Ipad?

    I keep seeing “check your email for a response from customer service”. Huh!! Since when? I’ve been trying to get a response concerning the Freezer Madness Month (hey, folks, you are losing money here) and I get zip, nada, zilch, bit mish. Maybe putting this out in the public eye will get a response. Doubtful, it didn’t last time I had a problem, I just gave up finally and you lost nearly $100.

    I can’t log on or request password help. It says I am not registered, yet I have been being charged for the last 3 months. Also, am I not supposed to be getting the mailer to my inbox? All I have been getting is the general newsletter. When I try to log on it says my user name/password is incorrect. When I press “forgot password” I get:

    Not impressed with the busy-ness/user unfriendliness of this site. Would like to get the classic menu mailer for 4 servings (instead of the offered 6 or 2), and I end up getting obscure measurements and a recipe for 6 when I try to edit the servings. Something I’m doing wrong?

    Is there someway to have the menus emailed to me each week? I though that was how this was supposed to work when I bought it. Looks like I have to login and download them every week which I often forget. I’ve only managed to download three so far this year. Is there a way I can get the ones I’ve paid for but missed?

    HI Leticia! Most of our Premium customers prefer to log-in to the Premium site and download the menus while utilizing the convenient Menu Planner tool, so we don’t automatically email them out. But I have now added you to receive the menus in email each week. Happy Cooking!

    I’ve had a premium membership for almost two months now. What should I be getting via email from you guys? I certainly get the solicitations for the additional products and services, but nothing about the membership I’m already paying for. Is that correct? I’ve tried to email at the address listed above minus spaces – no dice. I’ve tried to call the phone number – no live person to answer, its just a general mailbox that didn’t sound too fruitful… getting a bit frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

    It would be really nice to be able to stay logged in on my iPad or laptop. It’s really annoying to have to log in each time I want to look at my planner or recipes. Or to re log in if too much time has passed.

    Hi Lizt and Brenda, When you sign in to the Premium site, there is a tab at the far right labled FAQ’s. Also, when you go into the Planner (by clicking the Planner tab) there are little video icons (they look like a ‘play’ button and say VIDEO) on each section that you can click on and it will give you a step by step video instruction.     I go every Tuesday to log in and get the week’s mailer, I missed last Tuesday and went to get it just now and 20 is up; I know there is a place somewhere that I can get week 19 but don’t know where that page is. Could you kindly tell me how to access the past weeks? I know they are only up for 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks in advance.

    I am having so much trouble logging in to the website… similar as below or it tells me my email is not a valid one.. then i got an email telling me my password. .and THAT didn t work.. ? i forgot i even had this membership until recently.. I don’t think it expired? I just want to be able to log in and I’d rather get emails too if possible.
