Annie's Shells and Pasta
Great stuff for when you’re in a hurry, who doesn’t like mac and cheese? This stuff is guilt free with no neon orange colorings! All natural and really good! Great base for Not Your Mother’s Tuna Casserole! |
|
Muir Glen Organic Tomatoes
These are the tomatoes I use for every recipe that calls for diced tomatoes. The flavor is incredible…the fire roasting imparts a terrific flavor! And the price is right…I love Amazon! |

DeBoles Artichoke Spaghetti
I love DeBoles pasta products. The artichoke flour helps the carb processing and adds a wonderful flavor. (I love all of the Deboles spaghetti products. They have gluten free, too!) |

Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal
One of my faves and in my pantry at all time! A sweet treat without the guilt! |
 |
Kashi Chewy Granola Bars Trail Mix
I keep a granola bar in my purse for emergencies (keeps you out of the drive thru’s and other places you don’t wanna go!) as well as stocked in my pantry for an afternoon snack. Great stuff, lots of fiber and very satisfying. |

Kashi Organic Promise Cereal
LOVE this cereal too! It has everything you want in a cereal, without unnecessary frosting and what not. My kids adore this! |

Optimum Nutrition, 100% Whey Protein
Got Smoothies? This is my go-to breakfast for my teenagers and for me. Every morning, the sound of my blender announces it’s time to get healthy and ready for the day! Love this stuff…you can’t get a better breakfast (or protein powder) in my book. French Vanilla Crème is what I use. |

Braun Coffee Grinder
I add ground flax seed to the top of my oatmeal and in my smoothies (shhh…don’t tell the kids!) If you’re going to use flax (and you should, HIGH in valuable Omega 3’s and fiber, too!), you’ve GOT to grind it fresh. And don’t make the mistake of thinking you can eat the seeds without grinding them…they’ll come out whole, if you know what I mean, LOL. This is a great tool for grinding flax…if you want one for coffee beans (I do too), then buy two. Your flax seeds should only be ground in its own grinder. |
