Thank you very much for putting up the grocery lists for your books. It helped me immensely in my decision to buy your Saving Dinner book to try it out. I am often reluctant to buy American cookbooks, as we cannot always source some packaged type ingredients.  I can probably do some substitution, (i.e. turkey is not always readily available or necessarily cheap, as is fresh salmon – available, but expensive!)  it is nice to see lots of real ingredients used.
