The Body Clutter menu is unique in that it covers the ENTIRE DAY for ONE and DINNER for SOME! Each Tuesday, six dinner recipes (identical to the current week's Low Carb Menu-Mailer) PLUS metabolism boosting menus to stock up great foods for breakfast, lunch and 2 daily snacks.

I am a single mother of 1 and I've been stuck in a rut for months of frozen dinners, fast food, take out, delievery, etc. All to get a quick meal on the table when I get home from work. My son, age 9 (aka Captain Finicky) is extremely picky about what he eats and "never likes" anything that I make. So instead of cooking, I just caved in to the "easy" meal. Of course, he wants the junk, not the good stuff.
I've just finished my first week of Body Clutter menu and I cannot THANK YOU enough for making dinner so enjoyable!!! Even my picky lil guy liked EVERYTHING I made. Thank you so much for combining the menu mailers!!! After trying the Body Clutter for a few weeks, I looked longingly at the Heart Healthy, so I changed plans. Then over the next few weeks the Body Clutter and Regular menus looked enticing.

I got one of your freezer menus and 12 weeks of the body clutter menu-mailer and was absloutely thrilled that they had the weight watchers points tabulated for me as well as easy breakfast, lunch and snack ideas! I just started WW 1/8/08 and this has been absolutely fabulous! I can't thank you enough. We have four kids and have a sit down dinner every night. I also subscribe to Flylady.net! The combination of both these web sites make it possible in this day and age to make a warm, comforting home for my family. Thank you so much!(We love the recipes too!)

I need to thank you so much for making so many
wonderful tools available to people. Last night I
finally realized something amazing. I started
subscribing to the Body Clutter menu-mailer early in
June after reading about it and hearing all the
wonderful testimonials about the book (that's on my
wish list for when I get a regular paycheck again)
With a 110 extra pounds I somehow decided this would
take a really long time. Then yesterday it suddenly
dawned on me: I have lost 30 pounds! That is more
than a fourth of the weight I need to lose. And I
haven't even gotten a regular exercise routine down
yet. I don't even feel like it is difficult to lose
the weight. For the first time in my life I don't
have to do the thinking and planning around food
because someone has already done it for me and I still
lose the weight. So a big thank you for telling me
about this wonderful tool, but I have to thank me for
actually doing it.

My very favorite part of the Body Clutter Menu Mailer is Leanne's SOUP variations. I have wanted to know how to make soup for the longest time, since I knew canned soup wasn't the way to go, but I just didn't know what to do. WOW, wow, WOW! It's soothing, satisfying, filling, comforting, and it smells so GOOD while it's simmering. And it's such an easy way to get more vegetables into our diet. And did I mention that it tastes good?

You are fabulous! Where have you been all my life? We have a large family (6 kids) and they have all loved the recipes. We are on the Body Clutter Menu and it has helped to get more veggies down us all. We like them, but just never had (made)the time to prepare them. Now everything is all planned out, so our kitchen time is much more efficient. The kids each have a night to cook, and they are excited about trying the new menus. We had the Mediterranean Fish last night and everyone raved over it. We don't normally eat fish, so I was impressed.

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate all that you do for me. I wanted to tell you that I love the new layout and the breakfast/snack menus. I have started a new way of eating (every 3 hours) which is breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 snacks and a small treat. So, the breakfast and snack recipes/ideas are so helpful. Also, I found out almost 2 years ago that I am allergic to cows milk. Not just lactose intolerant, but a full blown milk allergy. Anyway, your kosher suggestions really help me when I have to substitute for the milk items within the recipe.
