Introducing our Detox Diet - developed to help you help your body declutter itself!
Everyday, our bodies are subject to the normal, everyday sources of toxins that we inadvertantly either eat, breathe or absorb. From chemical additives in food, to household cleaners to indoor and outdoor pollution, our bodies tolerate a lot of abuse!
Our Detox Diet is designed to give you a lot of nutrients while at the same time, allowing your body to take some "time off" from the usual foods you normally eat. And while we recommend eating as cleanly as possible any way, doing a detox diet will take it a step further.
After doing a Detox Diet, people often report improved energy, concentration, clearer skin, better regularity, better breath, digestion and the bonus, stubborn weight loss that may not have responded before.
This unique menu includes:

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can you give me an idea of what is included on the menu?
The Detox Menu is comprised of seven days with each day containing three meals and two snacks. The menu consists of mostly raw veggies, fruits and sprouted breads with some lean proteins such as chicken and fish. In addition, there are several wonderful soup recipes included in the menu.
2. Can I use this menu if I am a vegetarian?
Absolutely! Simply replace any meat with a vegetarian friendly substitute or replace the entire meal with one from another day that does not contain meat.
3. Can I use this menu if I am pregnant or breast feeding?
You should consult with your doctor before starting the program. The toxins in your body that will be released as you follow the program may be released into your milk supply and/or cause the taste of the milk to change, thus affecting the baby.
4. How often can I use the detox menu?
You can use this plan monthly, but you can always been working on using foods that are organic, not processed or overly full of chemicals and preservatives all the time.
5. The Broccoli Soup does not contain any liquid. Is this correct?
If done properly the steamed broccoli will be softened enough and still contain enough liquid that when added to the avocado (which becomes like milk when blended) and the rest of the veggies (which do contain a certain amount of water content themselves) it will be liquid enough. Remember to use just the florets and not the stemmed ends.
6. Can the soups be served warm instead of cold?
Sure. . .just heat as desired and enjoy!
7. I can’t find/don’t care for the tahini butter. Is there something I can use instead?
Raw almond butter is a great substitute for the tahini butter.
8. What kind of lemonade do I use for Day 4?
Avoid the powdered mixes at all costs. Avoid the frozen concentrate varieties as those are usually full of high fructose corn syrup. If your local market carries it, look for the Simply Lemonade Lemon Juice Lemonade. They sell two varieties. One that is labeled lemon juice and is 100% lemon juice and one that is labeled Simply Lemonade which is only about 12% juice. The preference would be to make your own lemonade. Juice your lemons with an apple to give it a bit of sweetness. If you must sweeten, avoid artificial sugar substitutes. Try a little bit of honey or stevia instead.
9. Can I dress my salads with anything?
Feel free to add some lemon juice or oil and vinegar, but stay away from the bottled dressings.
10. What is a juice fast and how do I use it?
The purpose of the juice fast is to support your body and its needs while you reduce or remove other toxins (and/or certain foods) from your diet to allow your body to heal itself. So the correct answer lies in how much does one individual need to support their own body through the process.
The goal is healing, not starvation. Juice as much as you need to be satisfied. One should not feel empty or overly stuffed. Do not juice fast with processed juices from the grocery store. Juice fast the evening meal with fresh juice. When I juice fast the evening meal, I drink about half to 2/3 of the pitcher and save the rest for breakfast.
Remember, that pregnant or nursing mothers should not be fasting, even juice fasting. Do not juice fast before or after surgery. Do not juice fast if your personal physician has told you not to do so. Do not juice fast for extended periods of time. The juice fast is only for one or two evening meals during the 7 day program.
