3 tablespoons flour
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast meat, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 cups chopped onion
1 1/4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded carrot


2 tablespoons paprika
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 1/4 cups low fat sour cream
4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

In a medium bowl OR in a large zipper-topped plastic bag, combine flour and chicken; toss well to coat; transfer to a slow cooker along with next 9 ingredients (onion through mushrooms). Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. Stir in sour cream and serve over hot egg noodles.
