Summer Week 1

Grilled Ginger Fish, page 196
Book reads 1 teaspoon soy sauce
SHOULD BE: 1/4 cup soy sauce

Summer Week 3

Grilled Rosemary Chicken, page 215
Book reads 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
SHOULD READ 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns

Fall Week 3

Texas One Dish, page 20-21 DIrections should read, “Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish AND COVER. Bake for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.”

If you do not cover the dish, you will end up with firm rice as all of your moisture will evaporate.

Winter Week 1

The shopping list calls for turkey ham. There is no recipe for it to go into for the week. The “fix” is add it to the Crock pot Corn Chowder.

The subsequent editions (after the first edition) have it just eliminated, but for those with the first printing, this is the fix.

Winter Week 4

1st edition of Online Shopping list had a misprint. Ground beef should read 3/4 lb not 1/4 lb.

In book and Online Shopping list: sour cream should read
“low fat sour cream (you’ll need 2 cups)”
There are two recipes that EACH need 1 cup of sour cream so it should be a total of 2 cups

Layered Enchilada Casserole, page 92
book says 1 pound tomato sauce
SHOULD READ 15-16 ounces tomato sauce

Spring Week 6

Skillet Pizza, pages 174-175
Oven temperature is omitted.
SHOULD BE: 375°
