  1. So what exactly is the Paleo Challenge? Is it just recipies for a month to get into Paleo? Is the 30 day challenge appropriate for those with allergies? I love the idea of Paleo but can’t have dairy, gluten or eggs.

      Please read more about our 30 day Paleo Challenge at 30daypaleochallenge.com. It’s wonderful for those with food allergies or food intolerances. Paleo does include eggs but you can always just not eat them.

      Seeds
