Hands up if you’ve ever set a goal and NOT achieved it! 

I know I have! 🙋‍♀️

Maybe you lasted a week. Perhaps a few days. We tend to start out strong, and then slowly but surely, our dedication fades away (one M&M at a time!) until we give up on the goal altogether.

Shampoo, rinse and repeat, over and over again.

What if I told you that there are research backed methods that can help you stick to your goals, and get the results you want? That goal setting doesn’t have to be intimidating if you know how to break down your goals into manageable chunks.

Some of your goals may be to begin to develop good habits, some may have numbers attached (like weight loss or saving X amount of dollars for a vacation, etc). Some of your goals may even be small goals to a BIG goal, like running a marathon.
