Berry Banana Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup organic plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water if needed to thin out smoothie
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Perfect Paleo Protein flavor of choice

Instructions
 

  • Place banana, strawberry, spinach, and water in a blender.
  • Blend 15 seconds, then add ice and protein powder.
  • Blend 30 seconds or until thick.
