sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place your cut up beets evenly on a baking pan; drizzle with olive oil, top with salt and pepper to taste. Roast till fork tender, about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size.
