In a food processor combine all ingredients except coconut oil and dark chocolate.
Blend until preferred consistency (grainy or chunky if you like bits of nut!). Form 2×2” bars with your hands and place on parchment paper.
In a double boiler, place chocolate and coconut oil. Whisk together until fully melted and combined. Then lightly drizzle over the top of the bars. Allow to chocolate to cool (or not), and enjoy!
