Super Green Energy Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Fuji Apple
  • 1 10-oz. bunch spinach
  • 1 1/2-inch sliver ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions
 

METHOD 1:

  • As a fabulous smoothie by putting all the ingredients, washed, cut, cored and peeled, if needed, into a high speed blender and blend adding about 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup crushed ice. Drink up!

MTHOD 2:

  • As a juice you can actually juice all of the above in a high powered juicer. Do the smallest ingredients first, then the largest to make sure to get all the spinach and parsley through the juicer. Drink within the first five minutes for the best results.

Notes

If you want to you can add in some fat from either a spoon of almond butter, or a spoon of coconut oil, or flax seed to help make the drink’s effects last longer and digest slower. Use the most organic, local fresh ingredients for the best results.
