Pear Strawberry Salsa with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe pears diced into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 baguette French bread cut into 1/4-inch thick slices, brushed with olive oil, and toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients.
  • Add the feta on top and serve with the toasted French bread.
  • Enjoy!
