Texan Turkey Fajitas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds turkey breast tenderloins sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 14.5-oz can tomatoes with chilies (Rotel is a good brand)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper seeded, deribbed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Place turkey tenderloins in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over
  • turkey and stir to coat. Cover and cook on Low for about 7 hours, or until turkey is cooked through.
