SALAD:

red bell pepper
seeded and sliced

green bell pepper
seeded and sliced

red onion
sliced into thin rings

English seedless cucumber
sliced

bunch
broccoli
chopped

Kalamata
OR black olives

tomatoes
sliced

ounces
crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl, toss remaining ingredients together. Pour dressing over the salad and toss.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with whole grain rolls.
