Made from white kidney bean extract, CarbCutter helps to slow alpha-amylase activity – the enzyme responsible for breaking down carbohydrates into sugar.
I call it Grace in a Bottle!
When carbohydrates are not fully digested, they can pass through the body without causing all the icky side-effects, including being turned into glucose and ultimately fat.
CarbCutter can help to support weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
According to WebMD, white kidney bean extract seems to work best when taken in a dose of at least 1000 mg three times per day by those with weight to lose who eat high amounts of carbohydrates.
Taking lower doses of white kidney bean extract doesn’t seem to reduce body weight, but may help reduce body fat.
And there is clinical evidence!
Check this out: a review of six clinical trials of white kidney bean extract with no other weight loss ingredient in daily doses of between 445 mg and 1,500 mg per day found a statistically significant reduction in body fat (averaging about 4 pounds) when compared to a placebo.
It’s safe, too.
Short term studies have proven its efficacy and safety. The most common side effect is perhaps gas and/or bloating from people starting the supplement initially. Diabetics, those with kidney or liver disease should check with their doctors before taking it. Pregnant and lactating women should not take it.
Bottom line?
The holidays and other special occasions can be a real mine field and having the safety net of CarbCutter in place can give you a little piece of mind. Of course, this supplement isn’t a pass to go completely off the rails, but give you a little grace at just the right time. I wouldn’t be without it!
