Cravings can be really tricky. I know this from personal experience. Cravings typically requires short-term AND long-term strategies, plus you have to wrap your head around what’s what.

That’s why focusing on short-term and long-term strategies together, along with healing the root causes of cravings, are the most important steps. And I want to share them all with you.
