Spiced Baked Salmon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 pound salmon fillet


  • Puree the oil, lime, juice and zest, cilantro, jalapeño and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
  • Place the salmon on foil on a baking sheet. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Spread on the cilantro and lime mixture and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
