Jalapeño Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs chopped
- 1 large sweet onion cut into wedges
- 1 large jalapeño sliced
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients.
- On individual skewers, alternately thread each ingredient.
- Place skewers on the grill.
- Cook for 10 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through and onion and jalapeño are tender.
- Serve warm.
