Jalapeño Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs chopped
  • 1 large sweet onion cut into wedges
  • 1 large jalapeño sliced
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients.
  • On individual skewers, alternately thread each ingredient.
  • Place skewers on the grill.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through and onion and jalapeño are tender.
  • Serve warm.
